How your personal information is used when you book with PT with V.
Who is responsible for your information
Vanessa Camacho, sole trader, trading as PT with V. If you have any questions, email info@ptwithv.com.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and mobile number, and the names of anyone you book with.
- Your bookings, payments, credit and any notes you add when booking.
- The emails we send you about your bookings.
- If you leave your name and email to hear from Vanessa before booking, those details and the date you signed up.
We do not collect health information on this website. New clients fill in a health questionnaire in person at their first session.
Why we use it
- To take and manage your bookings, which is needed to provide the sessions you ask for.
- To send booking confirmations, payment details, reminders and cancellation emails.
- To keep financial records, which the law requires.
We do not send marketing emails, and we never sell or share your information with anyone for their own use.
Who else handles it
Your information is stored with the companies that host this website, its database and its emails, only so the booking system can work. They act on our instructions and keep it secure.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for six years, because tax law requires it. If you ask us to delete your details, we delete everything we are not required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@ptwithv.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie is a login cookie used by Vanessa when she manages bookings.
